Support that shows up, from people who stay.
We are a registered NDIS provider in Sydney. We help with the everyday things that make a week work, from getting up in the morning to getting out of the house. And we keep the same small team around you, so nobody is ever a stranger in your home.

A small provider, on purpose.
Serenica Support exists to do one thing properly. Put reliable people around a small number of participants, and keep them there.
Big providers fill shifts from a pool, so the person who helps you shower on Monday is not the person who does it on Thursday. We grow slower than that. We take on new participants only when we know we can staff them with people who will still be here in six months.
You meet the workers before they start. You get a say in who comes. And if the fit is wrong, you tell us and we change it, without making you feel difficult for asking.

No forms to fill in before you can speak to anyone. Here is the whole thing.

What do you need a hand with?

Look us up on the NDIS Commission register before you commit.
Registered with the NDIS Commission, and we publish exactly what for.
Registration is granted per support type rather than as a blanket approval. Plenty of providers say they are registered and leave it there. We publish every registration group we hold, with its number, so you can check us on the Commission register instead of taking our word for it.
Serenica Support is a registered NDIS provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the National Disability Insurance Agency or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Nothing on this site is advice about your plan, and no support is described as NDIS approved or guaranteed to be funded.
The NDIS, explained without the jargon.
Short guides for participants and families in Sydney, written by people who deliver supports rather than by a marketing department.
Your SIL provider must now be registered
From 1 July 2026, Supported Independent Living providers have to be registered with the NDIS Commission. How to check yours in about two minutes.
Read the guide →Eight questions worth asking any NDIS provider
Most provider websites say the same eight things. These are the questions that actually separate them, and what a good answer sounds like.
Read the guide →What an NDIS registration audit actually involves
Certified means an approved auditor came in and checked how the business really runs. The two stages, the participant interviews, and the three year cycle.
Read the guide →Not sure what you need yet?
Most people are not, and that is completely normal. Call us and describe the situation however it comes out, even if it is messy. Working out which supports fit is our job, not yours.
We can arrange an interpreter, or send anything on this site in Easy Read, at no cost to you.
