We have capacity, and we publish it.

Most providers make you ring to find out whether they can take someone. We put it on the website instead, and we date it, so you know how current it is before you pick up the phone.

Reviewed every MondayThe date at the top of this page changes with it. If it looks stale, it is not.
Sydney metropolitanWe currently have capacity right across the metropolitan area, from the inner city out to Penrith and Campbelltown.
Confirmed at intakeWhat you see here is real. Final capacity is confirmed when we meet the participant.

Capacity by service

Every line below is a registration group Serenica is certified against. Green means we can start a new participant now, not in six weeks.

How we keep this honest

What we do

  • Review every service line on a Monday and re-date the page.
  • Change a status to waitlist the moment a service fills, before you call.
  • Tell you at intake if the picture has changed since Monday.
  • Log every referral we could not take, and why.

What we never do

  • List a service we are not registered to deliver.
  • Claim an area we cannot reliably staff.
  • Hold a referral open to look busier than we are.
  • Take a participant we cannot properly support.

Where we work

Sydney metropolitan area, with our office in Ultimo. We have capacity across all of it right now, and every area below has its own page describing how supports actually run there.

The Inner West, City of Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, Canterbury Bankstown, Parramatta, Blacktown, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Penrith and the surrounding council areas are all comfortably within reach. If your suburb is not named anywhere on this site, ask anyway. Travel is a staffing question, not a policy one, and the honest answer takes us about a minute to work out.

If we cannot take a referral

Send it anyway. We will register an expression of interest, tell you honestly when we expect capacity, and where we can, point you towards another provider who can help sooner.

A dead end helps nobody. Neither does a maybe that quietly turns into a no. Our response times apply to declines as much as to acceptances.

Common questions

Is this page actually updated, or is it decoration? It carries a date because we intend to be held to it. If the date at the top is more than a week old, call us and say so. That is a fair complaint and we will treat it as one.
What does open really mean? That we can begin supports for a new participant in that service within our normal onboarding window, without putting them behind anyone already waiting.
Does that apply everywhere in Sydney?Yes. We currently have capacity across the whole metropolitan area, including the western and south western suburbs. If that changes for a particular area, this page changes with it.
Do you have capacity for complex or high intensity supports?Sometimes. It depends on the specific supports needed and who is available. Ring us and describe the situation rather than guessing from this page.
Can a support coordinator get a straight answer faster?Yes. Say urgent when you call or email and you will hear back inside two business hours.

Where to next

Rather just ask a person?

Tell us the supports, the suburb and roughly when you need to start. We will tell you on the call whether we can help.
