The area we cover from here

Parramatta sits at the geographic centre of Sydney, and in practice our Parramatta work extends to Harris Park, Granville, Rosehill, North Parramatta, Northmead, Westmead, Merrylands, Wentworthville, Toongabbie, Dundas and Telopea.

We have capacity here now, across all eleven of our services. Being central helps in a way that is easy to underrate: workers who cover Parramatta can reach most of the surrounding suburbs quickly, so cover at short notice is realistic rather than theoretical.

Parramatta is one of the most linguistically diverse places in Australia. If English is not the language you would rather have this conversation in, say so on the first call and we will arrange an interpreter at no cost to you.

What we help with in Parramatta

The same eleven registration groups we hold everywhere. What changes locally is how supports get delivered, not what they are.

A typical week in Parramatta

Most weeks are built around a few fixed points rather than a full timetable. A morning routine two or three days a week with the same worker at the same time. A couple of hours of household support so the washing and the shopping do not accumulate. One or two outings anchored to something that already happens.

Parramatta makes that easier than most of Sydney, because so much is reachable without a car. A weekly trip into town, a swimming session, a regular appointment, all of them are short enough to repeat rather than becoming an event.

Shifts are typically two hours or longer, and a lot of our Parramatta work sits in apartments. Building access, visitor parking and lift availability get sorted at intake and written into the notes, so a new worker is not standing in a lobby ringing you while you are in the shower.

Language and culture

Hindi, Gujarati, Mandarin, Arabic, Tamil and Korean are all widely spoken across the Parramatta area. If English is not your preferred language, we arrange an interpreter at no cost to you, and we can send anything on this site in Easy Read or large print. You do not need to bring a family member to translate.

Worker matching is not only about language, though. What usually matters more is whether someone understands how your household runs, what food matters, who visits and when. Tell us once and it goes in the notes so every worker follows the same arrangement.

Getting out in Parramatta

Community participation here is easier than in most of Sydney because so much is reachable without a car. Parramatta station, the light rail and the ferry to Circular Quay all run from the centre of town, and Parramatta Park, the river foreshore and Westfield are within a short trip of most of the surrounding suburbs.

For participants who are building confidence with transport, that density is genuinely useful. It means short, repeatable trips rather than a half day expedition each time, and the ferry in particular is a low pressure way to practise a longer journey with a clear beginning and end.

The Westmead precinct

The Westmead health precinct matters for a lot of participants in this area. Where supports need to work around appointments at the hospital campus, we roster to the appointment rather than asking you to move it.

If supports are starting after a hospital stay, contact us early in the discharge planning rather than on the day. The difference between a week of notice and an afternoon is the difference between a matched worker and whoever happens to be free.

What it costs and how it gets paid

Supports are charged against your plan at or below the price limits the NDIA publishes in its Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. No registered provider may charge above them for a given support item.

We work with agency managed, plan managed and self managed plans. That changes who we invoice, not what you get. The same shift can be invoiced at different amounts depending on the day and time, because weekday, evening, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday rates differ. There is a full explanation in how NDIS price limits work.

We are open in this area right now. All eleven services are accepting referrals. The capacity page is reviewed every Monday and carries the date, so you can check that for yourself before you ring.

Common questions

Do you cover my suburb near Parramatta? If it is in Sydney metropolitan, yes. We have capacity across the whole area at the moment, so distance is not the obstacle it is with some providers.
Can I get a worker who speaks my language?Sometimes yes, depending on the language and the week. Where we cannot match language directly, we arrange an interpreter at no cost to you rather than pretending it is fine.
How fast can supports start? You will hear back from a named person within four hours on a business day, and because we have capacity here we can usually begin within our normal onboarding window rather than putting you on a list.
My building has restricted access. Is that a problem? No, but tell us at intake rather than on the day. Access arrangements go in the notes so every worker knows them.
Can supports fit around hospital appointments?Yes. We roster to the appointment rather than asking you to move it, which matters a lot near Westmead.
Can I request a worker of a particular gender?Yes, and for personal care it is a normal request. It goes in the notes permanently.
Are you registered?Yes. Registration number 4-LOHEV53, certified against the NDIS Practice Standards. You can check us on the NDIS Commission register before you commit to anything.
