Household tasks
When the washing is three loads deep and the fridge is empty, everything else in the week gets harder. This is the support that stops that from happening.

What it actually looks like
Practical help around the house, done with you rather than around you wherever you want it that way.
- Cleaning, vacuuming, bathrooms and general tidying
- Washing, drying, folding and putting away
- Grocery shopping, either with you or on your list
- Meal planning, cooking and batch preparing for the week
- Changing linen, taking out bins and the jobs that never get done
- Keeping on top of bills, mail and household paperwork
Your house, your standard
Some people want the kitchen done a specific way. Some want help with the heavy jobs only and would rather keep the rest themselves. We write down how you like things and the same workers follow it, so you are not explaining yourself again every fortnight.
If something is being done wrong, tell us once. It gets fixed in the notes, not just in that shift.

Who it is usually for
Anyone whose plan funds assistance with household tasks. It works well on its own for a couple of hours a week, and it often sits alongside personal care or community access.
